The rigger is attached to the boat using camlocks (no more spanners are required when rigging and derigging boats)
Releasing the camlocks releases the rigger.
The rigger lifts easily off the boat. All boats are fitted with a compliance plate, showing the year of manufacture, mould #, model #, recommended average weight of rower, boat weight just before leaving the factory and serial #. Pins are machined to fit comfortably in the rigger slot and the gate/swivel is locked in place with a bolt (rather than a nut) to reduce the potential for damage to other boats when being placed on and off boat storage racks. Camlocks make footstretchers movements simple. Mould for Heavyweight Double Scull / Coxless Pair Honeycomb Unidirectional Carbon Fibre
