Australian Orders are processed the same or following business day, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received by 1pm are shipped that same day if stock is immediately on hand. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.
For deliveries within Australia, all shipments will be sent via Australia Post Express Post service except where the order exceeds the bag weight availability the customer will be contacted. Cost of shipping and handling will depend on the availability of stock, total weight of order, volume of order, the destination and the urgency of the delivery. If all things are in order, we charge 3 flat rates for postage throughout Australia. It is more economical to order more items at one time. Your postage and handling charges will be calculated during the checkout process calculated on total weight of items order.

No responsibility is taken for lost items, however, Express Post bags are traceable and we shall certainly endeavor to find the parcel in the event that it does go astray. As we use Express Post you will receive your order in approximately 1-2 working days, depending on where you live. Back orders will naturally take a little longer depending on when stock becomes available. We will contact you in the event that the product ordered is unavailable or on backorder. If registered post is required, please contact us and we can give you the exact price for this.
